| ahhhhhhh....very nice and I don't even mind the frame...just endough shadows and darke so that the rust does take over the shot...quite fine. 10 |

I feel the border distracts from the orangy rust in this shot. Although, I have admit that I am not much for adding borders to shots, unless the border is very muted, almost nonexistent colorwise.
Other then the border, I like the choice you made for this shot. It shows some nice rusty color variation along with just a hint of the clean metal at the edges in a few spots. |

| Excellent composition! Focus is spot on, lighting is just right and good contrast. I'm not too fond of borders though but i won't deduct points for that! Good luck with this! 10 |

| This does not appeal to me. Colors, shapes,shadows. I can see that others might find it quite lovely. I will give it a 5 though that is higher than its appeal to me. |

Good one, whatever it is. Nice subtle border too. Had it been allowed, I'd cloned out the two small gaps. The top one steals my eye a bit.

| Effective composition, lines, texture, colors. The black between your shapes makes the rusted color pop. If you need a border at all (which I doubt) - my guess is that it should match the black color in the image. This one competes with your subject matter. |

Color/toning: Great vibrant rusty browns of various shades.
Composition/cropping: A good mix of curves and lines, certainly supporting the abstract look.
Subject: No idea what it is but that's partly why I like it. The color, texture, curves, and even the shadows all make up a chaotic pattern that has interest and meets the challenge.
Technical: I dont see anything that needs changing.
Artistic: It has a great flow like waves of rusted metal.
Overall: Vibrant, flowing, clear, and with no distractions. It's a good abstract image. |

| The border because it is so close to the color in the picture, but yet cleaner, becomes stronger, thus detracting from the photo, a simple black would have been better |
