 Some fall leaves being washed away. I did a few things with layers to try and bring out the play of light and shadows in the shallow water. I think I am getting to where I see the light as much as I see the subject. Can't even remember everything I did in PP, but as I did it, I made sure it was all within advanced rules. The only cloning was to fill in a very small area of blown highlight on the yellow leaf.

Pre-challenge notes:
Expecting to score poorly with this semi-abstract, but you never know. My wife says this is "interesting", which is normally a kiss of death to hear. However the ones she really likes usually score poorly. I'll see if doing the opposite of her advice is the recipe for DPC success.

Post-Challenge notes:
A Posthumomous blue! How cool is that? This reminds me how important is is to continue entering what I like instead of what I think voters will like. I think going opposite to my wife's recommendation is working out. Now how do I explain this concept to her without insulting her artistic tastes?
