Maybe their eyes were blurry when they voted. Could be from alcoholic beverages or not wearing glasses when they should. :-) The compositions good.

Ok...I understand the low scores, but why would someone give me an 8 and a 10 for this image?

It's clear from the context that there is motion, but I don't see the blur. I think your shutter speed was too fast and froze the motion.

Also, I find the image a bit too grainy for my liking. You could have minimized that by reducing the iso, which also would have decreased the shutter speed, increasing the likelihood of motion blur.

I don't really see any kind of motion blur in this one... at all... and even if there was there is nothing about this that really "pops". Nothing "makes" the image.

You might want to slow the shutter speed a little if you want some actual blur. :-)
