| Maybe their eyes were blurry when they voted. Could be from alcoholic beverages or not wearing glasses when they should. :-) The compositions good. |

It's clear from the context that there is motion, but I don't see the blur. I think your shutter speed was too fast and froze the motion.
Also, I find the image a bit too grainy for my liking. You could have minimized that by reducing the iso, which also would have decreased the shutter speed, increasing the likelihood of motion blur. |

| I don't really see any kind of motion blur in this one... at all... and even if there was there is nothing about this that really "pops". Nothing "makes" the image. |

| You might want to slow the shutter speed a little if you want some actual blur. :-) |
