There are a lot of things I like about this image. First of all, I love the colors of the boys jackets echoing the colors in the trees. Second, I like the grouping of the boys v.s. the men. And third I like the happy interaction between the members of each group. The whole image: colors, sunny day, social interaction, all add up to a very happy and cheerful scene. It makes me smile.

What works here is the natural tendency of grouping. I really like the interaction, there almost seems to be a reflection between the two groups. Colors are lovely too.

Terrific suburban story here. I left to wonder what trouble these kids are causing their parents.

A thoughtfilled shot. Watch your composition. If you move camera left and down you would not cut off your subjects feet and or knees. Try to capture the entire person

Two kids on the left have my interest. Right side of the frame, to me, has less interest.

This is a fun shot to me because of the repeated action/posture of the two sets of gentlemen. I particularly like the younger set. One indeed wonders what stories are being swapped here. Also like the reflections of orange and yellow from the younger gents' jackets to the trees behind.

Love the fall colors already kicking in. I also like the composition and story.

Nice street scene. Would've preferred if you hadn't chopped them off at the ankles.
