This is a great image in need of a few tweaks IMO
I would like to see the contrast up a bit as well as the levels up.
This would help(again IMO) with the conversion to BW.

I love the pedestrian walking away from camera I also love all of the men on the rack above the truck.

I would have been the guy running down the street trying to get a shot of all those guys above the truck

Tone and capture of the man is good. I would like to see a crop that is less of the left and top of the frame. All the added distraction on those areas pulls my interest from the man with the headphones.

An excellent job isolating your subject in an otherwise busy scene, both by your focus, and by the look you caught which in turn catches our attention. I'd love to see more of that structure across the way - looks like a sculpture of some kind? (Not particularly for this picture, though - just that it looks like a nifty structure.)
