Umm, yeah, it's in the street. Hope there's an explanation of what is going on here. The shot also seems a little skewed, but not enough that it appears an intentional tilt.

wow, what if something went wrong and they slid on the gras (looks like grass) and crashed into her? crazy! sure is a different kind of wedding photo

This is just plain fun! Not your average wedding shot. I love the wee bits of non-wedding party spectators in the background, wondering if you've all lost your minds, I'm sure. Very nicely composed (though that darn streamer appears to be across the groom's face, durnit) and just has a wonderful feel to it.

I know who took this! I like this shot a lot. Who wouldn't burn out getting to that bride? The square crop works great for this composition.
