Just a practical shot. I wanted to read the text on this broken fuse (to know what type etc. it was), so if you can't read the small signs, a camera is a nice thing to have.

Just added a match in this photo for the dimension.

It's amazing how two different items go so well together. Even though the month is almost gone, this makes me want to try for something like this.

Nice composition and a good idea to use the match for both size and composition and to add a little color. It even has a little "H" for Hajeka on it.
I do the same thing with my P&S when I can't see the lettering on something small. It's also a great way to get the model and serial numbers of things when you need to have them for later.

He-he. It's funny how the simple things can work at times. The first thing I thought of when I saw this was the phrase "Light the fuse".

Great detail...you can see the texture of the paper reflected in the bottom metal of the fuse and the matchstick reflected in the top piece of the fuse.

I like the simplicity of it - even if it is a "practical shot".
