I love the foreground blur in this. As an occasional visitor to Pt Mugu, this image really reminded me of the view of the migrant workers from a moving car. Very well captured.
I'm in Santa Barbara next year and looking forward to photographing the beautiful pier and getting into the hills. |

| face isnt sharp and is to hidden by shaddow. A closer and sharper shot would have been good |

| Don't really like the foreground blur in this pic, it almost looks like motion blur. Other than that nice pic. |
