 People are gonna either like this and see the message which it was shot to portray and vote on shock value or they are gonna hate it and think it is gross and mark it down ... but those are the people who need to open their eyes and see that this is a very real situation and happens every day all around them.

Post challenge:

Just the reaction I suspected it would get, in fact I thought more people would get it, you dont have to be dirty and raggedy necessarily to have no food, it happens every day to people all around us, people we would least expect it to happen to. Thanks to those of you who did Get It LOL.

It is actually me in the shot, the hat is 6 years old, the coat is actually dirty and 7 years old and a bit torn in some places which didnt show up unfortunately and the gloves had the fingers worn through but I couldnt get it to show up as I would have liked it to.

Interesting. Nice composition. I like the details in the face and hat. Cold weather trying to eat and stay warm. This looks like a good picture to show poverty. Homeless and eating out of a can of cat food. This picture makes for a good documentry picture.

Great concept, but I think it's just the model doesn't support the scene.
