Thanks for the feedback guys! It was my first entry on dpchallenge. Although I was initially happy with the picture, trying to do "dramatic" lighting, I can see that the light source was much too harsh.

It would have looked better with a more plain, white background, and a more interesting angle to elminate the space at the sides.

The light source you used is way to bright. Try to put something in front of the light to make it softer.

I think a different composition, maybe one that showed the subject at an angle would have made a more interesting composition. I like the colors, though. karmat
