 I think this is a juvenile Yellow-rumped Warbler by description from my field guide book but not 100% positive..
The bright yellow rump-patch is conspicuous and distinctive. I didn't capture the shot of his bright yellow patch but went for his profile..
These little fellows nest in relatively open coniferous forests and perch upright on exposed branches to catch passing insects..

I want to thank everyone for great comments.. Am very pleased and excited with placement. I really enjoyed this challenge. There were some Terrific shots..

What a lovely wee bird. Great sharpness and focus, especially round his face and wings. The little splash of yellow is great. I'd have maybe liked to have seen a little hint of something in the background rather than the block caramel colour.

Great sharpness, colors and exposure. Kind of plain though, like a textbook shot. Maybe if the beak was open..
