 Somewhere over Tn.
I was watching as this developed, with the shadow of the aircraft approaching the rainbow. I had just enough time to get the camera out and catch a couple of shots as the shadow moved through it.
Shot from the jet making the shadow.
Adjusted levels, contrast, brightness.

Again I am amazed at this image! I did manage to capture a slightly better glory from a plane last year, but still nothing like this one, which is absolutely fantastic!

This is great! I've only captured one glory, not nearly so wonderful as this one, and that was long ago with my very first digital camera (so the quality is poor).
