Ahh, to ribbon with an IR photo, I knew it could be done!!! (it's been a goal of mine for a while now).

This photo is a tribute to Marbo's Reflections photo: . I've always wanted to try something like this and this was the perfect opportunity!

Taken on my morning commute to work along Montreal's Lachine Canal.

Infrared photo taken with Hoya R72 filter.

The original photo looks like this:
PP:
- rotate 180 deg
- levels
- swapped red & blue channels
- neatimage

Reflecting images in water is beautiful and commonly used. To use water to reflect like a mirror is a specialised technique. Congratulations!

Nice IR shot, I like the lines in to the center of the image, the left side of the image feels heavy compared to the right which doesn't allow the eye to flow seemlessly down through the image but I still think it's very nicely done.
