from the thumb thought that was a squid!
nevre would have thought of turining a pepper inside out, very creative!

Well done Michelle! I think the focus on the peppers is great. I wonder if a less reflective background could have pushed this shot up more ...Like maybe past my entry! ~~~wink and giggle here~~~

Very clever. Love the bright opposing colors.
Eh, if you wanted a better score, you should have probably taken those peppers off the plate and put them against a uniform blue background. But then it would be contrived. I think it is great and more real the way it is. Maybe f4 would have would have been a bit better, dunno.
I've learned that people vote with their eyes, then they go back and just to justify the score they gave ending up as nitpicking. Half the time I don't believe people believe what they right as it reflects to the score they give. |

I didn't enter this challenge because I couldn't come up with a concept for it! So, I have to say that I thought this was ingenious actually! And, while I had no idea who this shot belonged to while voting, I can honestly say that this was a great shot and concept.
For someone who is going along, TRYING to find something to create a negative comment, anything is fair game!
The voting in here lately has been really "off kilter" as have some of the comments. I have no idea what has been happening in here but, I can say that some people wouldn't know a good shot if it came up and hit them in the face! :)
And, the routing comments were so helpful, were they not?! ;-)

| I'm so glad that you had a whole pepper and the opened one beside it because it put the entire shot into context. Very nicely shot too. Colors and lighting are great as is the focus and dof. Nicely done! 9 |
