There are a lot of these shots in the challenge and some really hit the mark and others whilst very nice don't really come with the WOW factor.
Unfortunately yours is in the latter category for me and I think this is due to the very straight lines across the image, the two signs on the left are a bit distracting and that forground item is a bit distracting IMHO.
They are some wonderful autumnal colours though and must have been a sight to behold

| That dock is distracting to me. I like the colors... but I think I would have cropped out the houses and the floating dock... or centered up the houses so there was something clearly as the subject. |
