 I edited it more and swapped it with a different version at the last few seconds before the deadline. Maybe the version with the less drastic editing might have done better.

I would've liked to see the ball (Black Basketball covered with black Duct-Tape) to the left side of my leg. I had positioned four flashes for backlighting. It was hard to jump into pose before the timer went off and the smoke dissapeared.

Maybe I'll find a model to use, then I can see what I'm shooting and aim better.

Too bad about the score John. I think the processing fits perfectly with your theme. Love the smoke effect and the expression.

Shadow/Highlight and over sharpening has ruined this image. Good idea though.

Nice Image - Like the idea and the smoke etc but seems like it was really underexposed or the PP went wrong which is very distracting.
