Shot Raw with my 50mm in our driveway, as both kids were drawing, but it was too difficult to get both in the frame and looking at me.
In Camera Raw, boosted Exposure, bumped up Fill Light and Blacks, lowered Brightness, increased Contrast, lowered Clarity.
In Photoshop, bumped Saturation, lowered Brightness, resized, applied Smart Sharpen, and saved for Web.

CRITIQUE CLUB CRITIQUE

What a beautiful little girl. I really like the natural expression on her face.

Compositionally, I like that her face and the drawing somewhat balance each other without one overpowering the other. It might be a bit stronger if her body and the drawing formed more of an angle in the frame rather than a straight-ish line, but it still seems very well balanced. The crop feels a touch tight to me. Maybe if just a touch was shaved off of the top, or if there were more space on the left it would open things up a bit.

Technically, it is well focused and well-exposed. The critical details are visible without blowing anything or losing details anywhere. It feels a touch flat to me, but that may be from the dominance of the pavement she is on. Maybe a touch more contrast or shadows/highlights could help alleviate the flatness.

Overall, a good shot that meets the challenge in a relaxing, pleasant way.
