I guess you just don't like "shoehorns" because I've seen other shots do so much better and have NO focus! Dancing Chicken Legs (Ballroom Blitz) was one....way back...gotta go look up that challenge again. It wasn't a shoehorn and it was not well shot. Yet, it did much better.

Ya know...this was excellently photographed! It made me laugh. I think that the Grimm's challenge was a low scoring challenge to begin with. This certainly didn't deserve The Brown....but, hey......a ribbon is a ribbon! Take it with pride! |

Grandma, what big pecs you have... Completely missed this in voting, not sure how, but would have given you kudos for the humor. Must be hard to carry her basket without arms, though. ;) You know, you might actually be the highest-scoring Brown in quite some time. I would not have thought a 4+ was brown-worthy. |

Nice win (I guess). Not sure how an nicely composed, well lit, and in focus photo finishes last. It wasn't even that much of a shoehorn, considering it had a shoehorn in it. I guess I need to start voting more. |

Damn, some people just don't have a sense of humour. I loved it and it certainly didn't deserve the brown. |

Congrats on the brown! I thought it was pretty well photographed, for a shoehorn, and love the little cap on the wolf - cute! |

This wasn't what I pictured when I heard you won the brown. Made me laugh and kudos to you for not taking it too seriously! |

funny stuff - but i am afraid they didn't use steel shoehorns back in the days of the Brothers Grimm.... |

Umm, er, well .. yes, it's a shoehorn in a red capeish object with a wolfie sort of action figure. More creative than anything I came up with (which was nothing at all!). |

Looks like that shoehorn has been used as a screwdriver a time or two. :-) Yep, it's a shoehorned entry (kinda)...probably will score better than a handful out there. Good luck. |

If you'd used a little doll instead, this'd actually be a really cute, funny shot. Or even if you'd just had the wolf in the old lady hat. |

I like the humour in this and its odd just how much a shoehorn can look like a small child |
