great slow exposure. I think the framing is great too... I think if I took it, I would have left the bottom of the wheel in, but I think this is much better. I just don't like that one white light poking out... but this is a great shot!

Maybe a slower shutter speed might look a little better because the lights would be more of a continuation instead of jagged.

A touch more contrast and saturation would have made this good shot a much better shot. Sorry, just my initial reaction.
