A fellow Seattlelite it looks to me!n Not quite certain the intent of the processing was, but hey it really does not matter. I like the composition here, how one boat is going one direction and the other a different way.

Desperately, Stan, Jim, and Carl raced away from the scene. Their hearts filled with fear and terror. As Jim glanced behind him, he screamed for Stan to throttle forward as fast as possible.

The world had become hue damaged, and it was coming toward them!!

I dont' know what happened but this picture looks very posterized to me. the ferry, the trees all don't look natural
