There's a main road off to the right...I'll bet people driving by wondered what the heck I was doing. I had the tripod at it's lowest setting and I'm laying prone on the ground in the middle of this field. :-)

It rained buckets soon after I took this shot! Barely made it back to my vehicle parked 1/2 mile away. In my vehicle I took a couple of interesting (to me anyway) shots with the 'Abstract Emotion' in mind using the downpour for special effect.
(raining HARD!)
I came back to give this a final polish before rollover and noticed something I hadn't seen before. I wonder if anyone else will see it. Could be my eyes tricking me, but I see a face in the upper-left, complete with eyes, nose, mouth, long flowing hair and a beard. I've only had one beer - honest! :-P |

The first sentence is dang near true! BIG storm with thunder and lightning caught me out in the open for a few minutes while I raced back to my vehicle. All the while muttering to myself..."not good, not good carrying this 5 pound hunk of tripod metal...not good!". :-P |

Very nicely composed image. The sky looks good and I like the balance of HDR. It's not overly done. Only nitpick is the grass looks oversaturated on my screen. |

Love that sky, and the supersaturated grass too. Stops me on every look, so its one of my 10s for this challenge. good luck. |

Nice angry sky with the super saturated green grass. You balanec of the oak trees and bales make for a nice, pleasing composition. Congrats. |

absolutly beautiful! Love the colors, the placement, the sky..wow. The grass seems a little bright for these types of clouds but seeing as the light is coming from the left, it could be correct. Reminds me of home :(
Great job. |
