I fear this photo will be under appreciated by DPC voters which would be a shame.
It is an incredably well crafted landscape. Let me count the ways: 1) Subject; 2) Composition; 3) Focus and clarity; 4) Subtle colors; 5) Dynamic feel added by the mist; 6) Brilliant mix of foreground detail and background detail ... I'm going to stop counting ... but congratulations on a beautifully conceived, composed, executed, and presented image! Good luck in the voting. |

| This is gorgeous - it invites me in and allows me to wander quietly through. Excellent use of foreground to create that sense, and very nice use of depth of field as well. |

| I like the vivid colours in this. Something about the crop feels a little awkward, perhaps a little busy. |

| This has a nice feel to it, very soft texture. I like the way the mist hangs in the upper left border, it adds interest to the overall composition. 9 |
