So jealous! When we were there (this August) there was a fire burning that obliterated our view of Denali when we got to this location. Fantastic.

The road led ever onward. No matter how many goals that one reached, the road began again. Today's goal was a peak, in the distance. It looked like the ending, but it was a mirage. For at that peak would be a path that led away, and such as it was with life. No matter where you decided your end would be, another path would beckon.

Charles smiled and started the truck. To this ending then, where he'd find a new beginning.

I like this. Nice shot of a classic view. Beautiful light on the mountains, the clouds add some interest, and the S-curve brings you into the image. I would, however, crop a good bit of that blue sky above the clouds ... not much happening up there

The summit is the top right. I think so. And at the top is where the 10's are kept. Right? Yes, I'm sure I left one up there for you. Excellent!
