 My wonderful daughter Amelia again. This was a random lucky capture mid-blink. It's also a total shoehorn for this challenge. I really don't think it communicates color very well, but I do think it's a great B/W, so in it goes. She was facing a big window with nothing nearby in the background.

thats a really nice shot! composition and lighting are PERFECT.
If the challenge were just B&W and nothing to do with color it would be a 10!

I don't get the connection to color. composition is good,love the soft features with sharp lashes. You did a good job with the skin tone.

Gorgeous Photo. The sogtness I presume is intentional to give the dreamy look (otjhers might whinge though). I Like the negative space. The crop works well. However, it doesn't really hit me with a sense of colour. I can see where you are coming from though...

:-) You dream in B&W, but you are gonna fetch the ribbons in color. Excellent soft focus on the face. I wouldnt change anything in this picture.

I really like this photo. It is a little blurry but it's good.
