 Shot was taken at dawn on the switchbacks to Lowell Observatory on Mars Hill.

Post Processing:
Curves Adjustment layer for overall image to enhance contrast and correct for neutral on white buildings.
Entire image duped on new layer, masked to show only sky & set to multiply at 64% opacity to deepen sky.
Hue/Sat Adjustment layer clip-masked to sky to bump up saturation overall and additionally on reds and yellows.
Dodging and Burning applied to emphasize buildings and mid-ground trees.
Unsharp Mask.
Added border.

The tree in the center kind of spoils the view in my opinion.
