 The idea was to focus on a object that was not moving while capturing the motion in the background. I took this on the day that Ike moved thru our area and the bushes were going crazy in the wind.

Interesting stormy effect by the long exposure. It makes the weather look very foggy and/or rainy. The stationary railing gives the feeling of safety on this side while there is danger on the other side.

the wind in the trees in the background provide a nice eery feel but the background is just too blown
