 IR Photo processed in PS to convert into B&W and used Burn and Dodge to dramatize the cloud. Used the clone stamp to erase some cloud fragments from the top then moved to Lightroom where the overall exposure levels were lowered to get the street below dark.

Transcendent - I like how you can barely make out the foreground, so you're not sure if the photographer wasn't just floating out there, like that cloud.

Very cool cloud formation, I think a tighter crop to eliminate some of the black void in the in the bottom might add more emphasis to your clouds.
