 I wanted something that I would consider "different" for this challenge.

Taken around 830pm, with the steet lamp for lighting. Most often you see a shallow depth of field with the bokeh surrounding the subject...I went for the left side being completely in focus and blurring out to the right to lead your eye. Adding even more, I went with a building with a sign painted on the wall to add another line.

I know that the DOF is not shallow enough for the voters....I could have easily used my 85 1.8...but this is the look I wanted.

A good moody image. I like the composition but the orange cast doesn't do the image any favours. Still one of the more unique images in this challenge though. 9/10

Nice atmospherics. I wonder if Mr Hoody might look even more sinister if he were in the shadows bottom right?
