Interesting composition. Not sure how I feel about the stray here. At first sight it's distracting, but it does kind of add interest.

Love the detail in the eye. I do find that hair crossing the eye a bit distractin though

While the face is overexposed, it's made into background by this composition. Ergo, not overexposure.
