I like the selective desat going on here, although I feel that it has given the bonnet area a strange feel. |

Nice. I never did figure out the six lights across the front - maybe to make it look much bigger than it actually is? Regardless of old / new - it is great they kept this classic in production and available. It is interesting just how many of the new ones I see zipping around Ft. Wayne, Indiana (which is still a mostly domestic vehicle town).

How the hell can a little car, where your knees are up under your chin, the steering wheel angle makes you drive like an ape with elbows out at 90 degrees and your arse scrapes the ground, ever be considered great?? Because it's a Mini, an icon of the sixties and a contender for best car ever against a VW Beetle!!
I think Jeb is right, looks very like one the last of the later, revamped Cooper 'S' example. And, I must admit, a classier looker than the original Cooper 'S':) Great photo and a great conversation starter:) |

The original Minis are so much cooler than the new ones. Don't get to see many of them in the U.S. however. |

Y es, cute little critter, isn't it.
Just a suggestion, this little guy is pretty tight in the frame.
Might enjoy just a little more room to roam. |

Minis are indeed great! Like the bright red and how it stands out against the (almost) B&W background. |
