IMHO, a photo like this - especially as your title emphasizes - the eyes need to be razor sharp. They seem soft to me.

focus seems to be on her hair, not her eyes ... also wish you hadn't cropped her lips

Really nice idea but focus is too far forward on this one leaving the all important eyes out of focus. I like the crop, colours, and exposure on this though
