This was one of the outtakes from my "Morning" shots. I didn't think it would do that well because it doesn't really say morning but it was taken before the sun came up.

Hope I don't get a 4.000 from this free study.

It's looks like 'Morning', I'm not sure why you have to point that out and I highly doubt it's a shooting star: it's an airplane. But, the photo is very colorful to me, the composition is great, Orion is my favorite Constellation (which is currently rising in the early morning) and I see nothing wrong with your photo: 10

I like the transition from the pink of the sunrise into the darker night sky, as well as the stars that are faintly visible. There's not really a whole lot of particular interest going on down there on the ground, though.
