A true portrait - open, honest, & subtle.... This should have placed higher, naturally.

Well, many of my highest votes seem to be a long way down in this challenge. This was one that deserves to be higher. I love the soft lighting here, making this very intimate portrait.

This is a very simple, straightforward portrait with good lighting, relaxed pose and a nice B&W treatment that conveys the softness of her skin. I like it. Well done.
