Nice subject. I like that you shot him from below his level.
I find myself wishing that the white portions of the subject's coat didn't have a color cast to it, and also that the tree trunk wasn't "growing" out of it's back and into the jaw.
I think that had there been a bit more light on the near side of the face and a catch light in the eye, it might have helped to bring a point of focus to the image. |

Where'd you find one of those rare yellow and black zebras?!? (light reflecting off the grass) The big branch under his neck is a bit distracting. Nice & sharp focus, good DOF. Would be a bit more dynamic if you had cropped it off center. Zebras are pretty cool creatures. |

Good luck with the anal dnmc police. Maybe some tonal contrast adjustments would have helped. |
