would prefer the subject off center, but love the creamy water. Sky a little burned out on the right. |

i'd like to see the horizon cut thru the eyes of the person so that their head is dead center in the shot...or go lower to put their head in the sky

I usually don't like focal points dead in the center....but rules are made for breaking and somehow the leading lines of the pier and the "isolation" look work well here. The blurred main subject bother me at first....but again, faceless works in telling this story. |

I really like this image. The person really stands out against the neutral surroundings. Nice composition and the choice for black and white really makes this image somthing special. |
