I called Bev on Sunday night and asked what she was doing on Monday. She asked what I had in mind and I said I would like to go to Longwood Gardens. So we did. Though I prefer early spring and late fall, sometimes Summer can be down right beautiful.

Post: Camera Raw adjustments in PS Elements 6.0. Crop...many times. :ayer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Heal dust. USM. Resize. USM. Reviewed this later in the day and recropped 3 more times, added a curves adjustment to make the colors richer and then resized and USM.

Ooooh, purty, Robert! How considerate of the dragonfly. :) This type of shot is why I just ordered a Sigma 180 macro lens. I look forward to trying it out at our GTG!

Very nice. This is one of my picks for a ribbon. Maybe a little over sharp on the flower petals in the back but the yellow part looks perfect. Nice Job!

I love this! I fell in love with that type of dragonfly in shooting for the last free study. This is so well done.Such perfect clarity on every inch that is supposed to be sharp!
