Yummm, but it's better without the camera shadow. Who-ever sliced the cake sure mangled the slice on the left. Good photo, sorry, got carried away with the service aspect of your desert. 7 Swash

shadow in the foreground is a little distracting; whip cream turned out nice though.

Shadow intrusion at 6 o'clock.
BTW, I prefer my cheesecake photos to have an apple in them.

Set up not good. Trash in top left corner. Napkin drooping in bottom on left and appears silver ware hanging off. Doily bending. Need to pay attention to details. Take good pictures but details make the difference between 5 and 8 04 9

you got your head shadow in the bottom of the shot....

A little less light on the subjects might have resulted in some more color in this photo. You caught your shadow too!

shadow in bottom kills it.

This would be very nice, except for the shadow in the lower middle. It really detracts.

Your shadow in the pic is a definite downer.

Nice idea... However, the shadow at the bottom is distracting, and with the two forks and two spoons it looks like you are going to share... The pic might work better with the silverware napkin, and whatever it is at the upper left corner, out of the picture. That way the focus would be entirely on the tempting food. Nice job on the whipped cream. So often people wind up burning out the whites in a high contrast picture like this. 8

One fork would have made this more on the gluttony scale!

not a bad subject, but the composition seems like it needs work. Perhaps just shooting the cake would have been more effective.. the silverware especially seems to detract from the shot. 4

Food is hard to shoot and make it look as good on film as it does in person...lol. Cappucino looks tasty though. :-)

should of used a bounce card for your flash so the image wasn't so stark and in your face.. 6

Yum. Shadow from you? light a bit harsh, but sure looks like fine eats. GOOD luck.
