 Duck on a merry-go-round. It is a large duck and it helps with the wide angle lens while making him still a larger part of the frame. Wish I would have moved him just an inch more to the left so his head blocked that rivet in the middle of the dish. Oh well. It it was advanced editing i would have just removed it. Live and learn I guess.

I love these spiny type shots. They just look so dang neat. You definitely have the camera motion shots down perfect.

I just checked your profile. This blue ribbon on a merry-go-round comes almost a year to the date after your *FIRST* blue ribbon on a merry-go-round.

Lighting and composition are wonderful! Love how you composed this at a diagonal for it adds to the visual appeal/interest. The world spins while the duck stays in perfect focus - great job in adding movement to this composition. Colors and lighting are also spot on. Love the expression of your main subject who was well chosen for the ducky does appear to have an expression of pure excitement from his spinning ride. Great job.

Everything about this photo is awesome. I really hope there are some details included in your description as I really want to know how you pulled this sucker off. At least it won't be hard to locate after voting, as it should be right on the front page. Excellent work!

You picked the perfect scene for this ducks expression. I think I would like just a tiny bit more light on the duck, but this is my favorite of the challenge
