Awwwwwwwe. :)

Shot with a rented 85mm 1.2L in manual mode with no flash. I made the background in photoshop and blurred it before printing and putting it in the scene over a soft box. Very little editing, but feels like my best entry in a Basic challenge (which I rarely enter because I hate the constraints). Crop, curves, levels, resize, sharpen, add border.

I shot several without the sawdust and then thought I would use it because it adds realism - LOL. :)

Had bunches of ideas and no time for execution of many of them.

POST CHALLENGE:
Sweet! Thanks for all the comments and the votes - so glad I ended up with that 7+! Glad I thought of the sawdust.

I looked all over for a small cardboard box of the right dimensions and not only couldn't find one, but decided it would detract a bit from the scene and them I looked in one of my Woody bins where I dump all the stands from the woodies and found these two stands that came with the dog and cat woodies and I just pulled the post out of one and screwed the two bases together using the other. What could be more fitting? :)
