This was fun to do, as I used my tulips in a different way. At first I found a tall oval textured clear glass vase, and filled it with water. Inside the clear glass vase I placed three of my tulips upside down into the water, as you can see on the right.
I set a still life up with a mirror tile as the base. At the back, I added mauve blue & white vertical stripe colored paper, allowing it to reflect through the glass vase. I placed three more colored fresh tulips, in front of the paper.
The stripe paper, the vase with the upside down tulips inside and the three fresh tulips, all on top of the mirror tile, to get the illusion, and the reflection you see in the bottom part of the image.
I just like pushing the boundaries, by setting up different effects, with different materials with paper, mirrors, water and glass.
I am not 100% happy with parts of the image, but I do like some of the textures, and effects I see in this image.
Update; I have replaced the original with this one. I did not like the white textured patterns in the reflection, from the textures glass vase, so did some cloning and burning to fix the problem.
Enjoy.....

I REALLY LIKE THE REFLECTION. I FEEL LIKE I AM LOOKING AT CRISP CLEAN WATERS. |

Hi Sher! it is your talent to make lovely abstracts out of flowers & leaves that I most admire. This is awesome! I'm enjoying it very much. [eta] Thank you for sharing the details of your process.

Very colorful. Trying to figure out what the patchy white bit is on the right? |

Wow. A flower salad! You certainly did have fun.
The blur on the bottom is slightly distracting. It fits but it should be made more definitive. |
