I think this would score a lot higher if the image were larger (reduce frame size) so the viewers could see the image better. I like the centered composition.

now thats a big white border! I like the image, it's a bit small though. I like the scull and crossbones in the background. It's an interesting contrast. Curious why you chose to put such a big white border around though.
Could have used a bit of foreground lighting as well.

Ducky challenge - border...you probably should wait until after the challenge to discuss something so specific. It's quite easy to determine which image is yours, which blows the whole anonymity principle of challenge entries.

FWIW - I actually like the way this came out with the wide border and thought it was intentional. There are times when I'd like to do this to get some seperation from the generic grey bg of the voting page...usually I'm too chicken to go farther than thinking about it. People get so hung up on borders here that anything outside the norm will usually kill your score.
