A lovely shot, I enjoy the varigated leaf and dappled light. I would love a bit sharper detaile on the leaves. I didn't quite see how this fit into serendipity, but I didn't allow that to interrupt my enjoyment of the colors and delight in spring.

The image is simple, I had to look up toadshade to understand what was mean, which I guess is a problem that is plaguing most of the entries for this challange.
