Seed Shrimp are really in the Order Ostracoda, fairly common freshwater invertebrate. The sample was from the filter of my fish tank, I assume they came from fish food flakes or pellets.

Heh. I've been wondering when microscope images would show up on DPC. As a picture, it's not holding my interest. But maybe you've treated us to some detalis about what we're seeing in your comments?
