 Urunga Heads Caravan Park, 9:30pm.

This was taken at ISO 1000 at an exposure of 6 mins. Quite heavily post processed (for me, anyway):

Heal spot brush to remove the billion or so hot pixels, dodge and burn, colour levels adjusted (independently on water and rocks), sharpen, save for web.

I now really hate the dodging I did along the top of the mountain range in the background, but I didn't save the psd at that stage, and I can't bear to do the editing again.

the water and rocks are perfect...the lights are a bit too much. would be a good one to have a graduated filter on, to tame down the lights.

The water and the foreground rocks are brilliant however the city lights are totally blown and very distracting.
