| You give simple, sturdy tulips an air of being expensive, exotic flowers with your thoughtful, sensitive treatment of them. This shot is especially fine, almost 3D. WTG! |

| WOW!! Everything is so perfectly controlled: the composition, the excellent lighting, the rythmic alignment of the stems/leaves, the colors. Looks like a favorite to me! Thanks for brightening my day with them - and I might go out and buy some flowers myself to return the favor :) |

hey shez .. just posted in the thread and went looking for one of yours .. we must'v been posting at different times or something .. anyway, this just jumped right out at me and even before i saw your name is screamed SHEZ .. !!! or rather SHERPET .. !!!

| Very, very,very,very, very nicely done. (one for every for each tulip) I also like the degree of openness graduated from bottom to top of each of the buds. Color, arrangement, background, sharpness are all spot on. Not crazy about the border though. Super thin would be my choice. |

| Oh Shez, this is superb. I adore tulips. We won't see tulips now for at least another 6 months, so it is wonderful to see these from you. The background colour works so well. Absolutely wonderful. |

Really nice tonal range in this, and the background is the perfect color for the blossoms. How do you light these to get such great tones?
Great composition, too. Just a slight hint of oversharpening around the lowest leaf, the one peeking out of the bottom of the frame. |
