I'm really impressed by this - inspiring catch. Great riot of shapes, with those little touches of red wiring and red lights, and that bird. Nicely seen. |

Aren't voters odd? Look at all those 3s, 4s and 5s - quite crazy when you look at the front page cluttered with cliches.
As it happens I too missed this pic though (due to lack of voting time) and it would have been the clear winner for me - BY MILES! Time to kick some art back to the top I think. I just love the stark contrast of man-made structure and natural form so beautifully composed. |

Stunning... I didn't see this one when voting, but it would have got an instant 10. This is one of the most original and effective shots I've seen on DPC. |

This is incredibly rich, I think it deserved to be way higher. I like the contrast between the rather simple
lines in the top half and the complex tapestry of wires and metal in the bottom half. And I love the
color of wires and those two little red light! |

This was one of my top picks for the challenge. Gave you a 10. I'm surprised to see it as low as it is. Going in my favorites. |

Intense use of lines and right angles in this composition. The bird, by contrast (please pardon the pun), stands out as organic. Since you already have one incongruous entity in the composition (the bird) I find the red lights and the numbers at the bottom third to be a little much. Without the organic subject's silhouette I think those would provide a strong interest point against the backdrop of the black and white. Overall still an above average shot. |

Great silhouette composition. The redish electric lines and lights add to it.Shame there are two spots at left of the bird that you could clone out. 9 |

FANTASTIC! Don't you wish I could vote? You'd have (another) ten. Know why? The RED! The RED! It makes this picture exceptional. |

Nice composition, very graphic. The red lights at the bottom are a great touch, but the red power lines detract for me. Don't really like the thinn white-lined border. |
