I haven't shot for a challenge in a while, but this one really inspired me. I set up a block and a mattress and had my model jump/fall off of the block onto the mattress and caught moments as she was midair and this is the one I felt fit the concept best. My model was MC
and we connected on Model Mayhem. She was great to work with and was very brave with the jumping. At one point I head her jumping up and backwards off of the table onto her back on the mattress. In order to make sure I knew how she felt up there so I could direct her better I went up there to show her some example falls and it was intimidating and terrifying, so I am really glad I didn't have to model for this one.

Awesome shot realized from an challenging concept. You deserved the scores you got; at a minimum.

I don't really understand the setup you described. Any chances you took a photo of that? I would love to see it.

WTG, Claire! I love this image. I thought the model was lying on the floor posing but to read she was actually falling makes it even better. Stunning shot and excellent work.

great lighting. the cropping is a little tight on the hair, but with such a skillfully set-up image that is a very tiny, tiny nit-pick. This will make the top-ten no doubt, if not ribbon. Good luck! :)

Well done. Someone will complain about the cutoff hair, but I like the realism of her shirt falling and the composition works for me.
