 Taken at the San Diego Zoo while on vacation this summer. I bought a used Sigma 28-300 right before I left and it was a great investment as I never had to change lenses. Which is a nice thing when you are on the tail end of 6 straight days of theme parks and zoo's!

My best finish ever in a free study. My previous best f/s score was a 5.7 so I am totally happy with my finish. and it made my profile page!

The Texture is perfection!!! The crop totally Unique, A print and hang on the walls worthy photo!!! Any thing but a free study this would've been if not in the TT no lower than top 20.

nice texture! maybe shooting portrait is better so we can see more of the elephant's trunk?

It needs more depth of field so the ear is as sharp as the trunk.
