I don't like the frame and I'd crop slightly the top to remove the small portion of sky. Otherwise it's a great shot.

Very nice :) I'd suggest a tweak of the levels to get a bit more contrast and some dodging and burning to make your subject pop; I would advice against the lightened border inside (tho in some cases it may work I don't think DPC will vote favorably on it and it draws the eye to the border more so than the subject = which is an awe-striking subject that deserves full attention :-) a beautiful capture of a dance in the water! :-)
