 My God, I edited the hell out of this photo. The .PSD was 296 MB.

Combined two exposures manually because the inside of the tunnel was lit but the outside was dark.

by no means in any order:
selective blurring
selective erasing of layers
set one layer to multiply for some reason (I don't even really know what Multiply does, to be honest)
set one to screen, more selective erasing
dodge and burn on the shadows mostly
shadow/highlight
curves layer

Hope it does well, it took enough work.

Thanks to everyone who helped or offered to help me choose a photo, and Extra Special Thanks to [user]24896[/user], for giving me specific tips on it. You dramatically changed the way I looked at this one for the better. Let's hope the voters agree.
